Caution: Before each use, inspect NICE – Nasal Rake for Mucus-Free Airways for any signs of cracking, sharp edges, or structural damage.

Hand Hygiene is important, so whenever possible, make sure to thoroughly wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before handling nice.

1. Clear Your Nasal Passages – Begin by blowing your nose thoroughly to remove loose mucus and debris.

2. Use NICE – Gently insert the flat cleaning head of NICE – Nasal Rake for Mucus-Free Airways into the upper inner portion of the nostril. With a slow, controlled motion, gently guide it downward and outward along the inner walls of the nostril, to pull mucus toward the nasal opening for thorough and effective removal while minimizing discomfort.

3. Inspect & Clean – Examine your NICE to assess the amount of mucus removed—because, let’s be honest, curiosity always wins. After initial pass Rinse the flat cleaning head under warm water or wipe clean with a tissue to remove the collected mucus before re-inserting the device.  For targeted cleaning, rotate nice and reinsert the tapered end for precise navigation in narrower passages. Again, guide the device downward and outward for targeted mucus removal.

4. Repeat as Needed – Continue the process until all mucus has been effectively cleared from both nostrils. Regular use not only helps clear congestion but also eliminates the lingering foul smell caused by stagnant mucus buildup—you know that strange odor you can never quite place? It might be coming from inside your nose.

5. Post-Use Care, Storage & ReuseNICE is designed for repeated use. After each cleaning, rinse the device thoroughly with warm water or use a sanitation wipe. Clean, dry and store it in its designated packaging or a sanitary container to prevent contamination.  If disposal is preferred, ensure it is discarded responsibly. If discomfort or pain is experienced during or after use, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
